Returns
All digital assets can not be returned, for the nature of the service or product we offer you can no return the services back to us, meaning your full deposit will not be refunded or return to you only a 50% of your deposit will be returned because digital assets are not refundable.

Refunds
You will be entitled to a full refund minus 50% of the deposit, the refunds will be issued to the same account you have sent us the funds or paid by, and you have only 14 days from when we have made your website live. Refunds usually take between 2-3 weeks to process we understand that your transfer has taken you a few seconds but for us and the nature of the business we need to put a refund request which will be processed by one of our accounting team.
